I have always been athletic and active. In recent years though, my body doesn't seem to recover very well after a workout. I am constantly stiff and lack flexibility, and my muscles are more tender to touch than they should be. I eat very healthily and currently do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as gym cross-training. I've tried yoga for my tightness but it hurts my back. I'm 29 years old, 5.9ft (178cm), 86kg (189lbs) have a better than fat percentage and fitness level. Does anyone know what's going on with me? I love exercising but really don't like constantly feeling stiff, sore and fragile.
