What can I make with 1oz. unsweetened chocolate?

I made a brownie cheesecake with 7 oz. baking chocolate and I have a square left over. I really want to make a baked goodie using the chocolate but i don't know what to make. Any suggestions? Recipes would be nice. :)

Maybe you can make your favorite cookies and then melt your ounce of chocolate and drizzle it over your cookies? You might need to add a few drops of water to the melted chocolate so that it's watery enough to be drizzled.
