Squats and jogging are good for your thighs and bum for toning. Crunches and sit-ups are good for abdominal toning.
If you do exercise, I'm sure you will lose some fat whilst increasing your muscle, and lose some weight all round which will lessen the fat on your back.
Can I just say that you do not have one tiny bit of cellulite on your thighs, they're lovely. I wish mine were like yours!
