I need ideas for hair/shoes/makeup for this dress. I was thinking I could either go classic and just wear it with like, black flats and an updo or I could wear it with tights and go crazy with bright pink or blue shoes or something but I'm wondering about any other ideas?

This is what I wear: Tinted moisturizer, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, blush, concealer, chapstick.

Reasons:

Tinted Moisturizer: This works as a foundation and face moisturizer for me. I need it. Plus, I only use concealer for under the eyes and this works as a concealer for everything else.

Eyeshadow: I can't wear just eyeliner. I would look paler than I already am. I wear usually a brown.
