so i heard when you perm your hair or dye it, a good way to keep it healthy is to use hair protein products. what are some good (and inexpensive) brands?

So, I just recently got a bob because my mom cut my hair shorter than I wanted...
And, I don't know what to do with it.
I straighten it ALL THE TIME because it's TOO short to leave curly right now, but that's really damaging on my hair.
And, it really bums me out that I have frizzy hair.
What should I do?

My hair is like really bad frizzy and un-shiny. My question is whats the best hair product that worked the best for you at getting your hair more shinier and un-frizzy? I need really bad help with this I mean I comb my hair and it looks like I just got out of bed, that's how frizzy it is! So can someone help me out?

Everytime i used shampoo my hair gets loose and very puff the next day. I tried using hair gel to keep it surpressed but dont seem to work very well. my hair grows fast so dont wanna get haircut so often. what are some ways i can keep my hair looking short and spiky without heating... mayb some tips on using hair gel or wax? thanks : )

I don't know what approach i should take but currently my hair is about 6-7 inches long.
