Also, is there something you are not telling her? Is something bothering you about the relationship? Maybe you could talk about something else and cure the problem.

First of all, erectile dysfunction is NOT an STD...many men suffer from ED and can have many causes many of which are treatable, and if your relationship is healthy, telling her may be difficult, but can be done with dignity and if she loves you, she will understand and this problem can be worked around. You can start out by saying something like...I have something to tell you about myself, this is nonthreatening. Also, you should talk to your MD or an alternative therapist, there are treatments.
