This question was here a couple of weeks ago. I will give you the same answer I gave then.
To be honest it depends. Look on the package you bought. How many ounces of chicken does it say it has?
So say you have 8 oz, and 7 strips in the pckage, then each strip is just over an ounce or buy a cheap kitchen scale.
