I had a baby in May and I'm due to lose the baby weight. I have completely lost my figure. I'm a 24 year old 5'3 and before the pregnancy I was a fit 120lbs. Having a baby has done a world of hurt to my figure and my eating habits, as well as my exercising. None of it is in right state at the moment and I've stayed at 200lbs since she was a month old. I need to get on going and get fit so that I can teach her the right habits.
I need to lose 80 pounds, it seems like an insurmountable task. Is it possible to reach this in a year? I would like to be in a good shape by next Christmas. We don't much have the resources to join a gym unfortunately, so I hope for some decent advice!
