After the actual conception of the baby.. how soon can you start getting symptoms.
1 week? 3 weeks?

I first noticed symptoms 3 weeks after i conceived but it is different for everybody, my only symptoms were nausia so for the first few days i just thought i had a bug.

3 to 4 weeks

You can get signs as soon as one week after conception.
The common first signs are:
-Tender breasts
-Darkening of the areolas, and more profound veins on the breasts
-Stomach cramps
-Leg cramps
-Back aches
-Headaches
-Dizziness
-Nausea
-Constipation
-Sensitivity to certain smells
-Stuffed nose
-Feeling like you're going to cry, even about the dumbest things
-Mood swings
-Irritability

about a month

I didnt have any symptoms until 6 or 7 weeks.
& It was tender sore swollen breast then morning sickness twice.

but as for after conception...
1st missed period...

All women experience them at different times. Some women say they never have symptoms. But I'd say the average is at about 4 to 6 weeks.
