I have found that the Chinese hot and sour soup is the greatest for help with colds and flu. There is something about the addition of vinegar to a standard chicken soup that really works for me.

Also take Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar 3x/day.

You're right, chicken soup is the best. As far as the recipe try recipes.com.
