if SPF is a strong point in your make-up choice, then I would suggest Neutrogena. The focus of their products is usually SPF and healthy skin with little to no chemicals. It's a bit pricey though when it comes to foundation, so if price is a major thing, then a couple others are Revlon or Almay...mineral or herbal based foundations are usually good for skin protection and health... but if your skin is very oily, I'd say to try to avoid liquid foundation, because this usually adds to the moisture and slides off or cakes. A good option for oily skin is either powder or mousse foundation, because they tend to hold better than liquid. If you can't find a cheaper foundation with SPF though, then a light or oil free SPF moisturizer or primer is another option before applying the foundation itself.
hope it helped ; )

keep in mind that foundation with spf DOES NOT provide enough spf....u'd need to cake ur face with foundation to get decent sun-protection. Always use a sunscreen or a moisturizer with spf before applying foundation. i have oily skin too and i use revlon colorstay...it works wonders. remember that it takes 15 to 30 minutes for spf to work so make sure u dont leave the house right away after applying spf
