I am 38 weeks pregnant, and last night i had the worst heartburn ive had this whole pregnancy and nothing helped, ive been feeling extremely nauseous and have an upset stomach, last night i vomited, and it was quite a bit, my whole body hurts, and this heartburn stilll wont completely go away... I was wondering if you thought labor might be near??

Personally, I think your stomach is just getting squished in there.

im 33 weeks pregnant and i get that sick almost every night. my dr said it was normal at this stage and gave me some zantac and finagrin.. i know i didnt spell that right but it helps soo much. i hope you feel better!
